Q2. Where can I get a copy of The Bahamas Building Code?
A. The Bahamas Building Code is published by the Government of the Bahamas and is obtained by contacting the Government Publications division of the Cabinet Office at phone number (242) 322-2410; or by writing to Government Publications, P.O. Box N7147, Nassau, Bahamas.
The first Bahamas Building code was introduced in 1971 and was subsequently updated in the Second Edition - 1987. Currently the third edition is in use and was published in 2006.
